This fantasy adventure is half price on PlayStation, but you only have a few days left

Metaphor ReFantazio is now half price on the PlayStation Store until January 22. 

The medieval fantasy adventure is available for just $34.99 (£29.99) after originally being $69.99 (£59.99).

What is the plot for Metaphor ReFantazio?

The world of Euchronia is thrown into political chaos after the assassination of King Hythlodaeus V and the announcement that his successor will be decided through a nationwide election. You play as ‘Will’ (you can choose another name), a member of the persecuted Elda tribe who is unexpectedly thrown into the battle for the throne.

As you explore Euchronia, you gather allies from varied tribes and races and confront rival candidates that pose a threat to the kingdom. Every choice you make will help shape the future of Euchronia, so it is a necessity that you make the right decisions. 

The game is regarded as one of the best titles from 2024 and received universal acclaim from critics.

It won Best Narrative, Best Art Direction, and Best Role-Playing Game at The Game Awards 2024, and was nominated for three further awards, including the much-coveted Game of the Year.
