Wazdan adds a modern twist to classic fruit slots with Magic Fruit$: Cherries

Wazdan has expanded its slot portfolio with Magic Fruit$: Cherries. This one is a new release that combines familiar fruit-machine visuals with cash prizes, persistent symbols, and several of the developer’s established bonus mechanics.

Built around Wazdan’s Cash Infinity mechanic, the game attempts to give the traditional fruit slot format a more modern edge without burying you beneath a whole host of complicated features.

The main addition, though, is Cash Out, which can award cash prizes directly during the base game.

Cash Out symbol can remain for up to 15 spins

When activated, a Cash Out symbol appears on a randomly selected reel and remains locked in position for as many as 15 spins.

A countdown then begins, giving you multiple opportunities to land Cash and Jackpot symbols within the same column as the persistent Cash Out symbol.

Once the counter reaches zero, a random multiplier between 1x and 5x is revealed. This multiplier is applied to the combined value of all eligible Cash and Jackpot symbols that have appeared in the column, determining the final Cash Out prize.

Keeping the symbol in place across several spins adds a little extra tension to the base game, as every Cash symbol landing alongside it can increase the eventual reward. Cherries might be the headline fruit, but the money symbols will understandably receive most of the attention.

Magic Fruit$: Cherries also features Wazdan’s Hold the Jackpot bonus round, which creates another route towards cash and jackpot prizes.

You can additionally use the developer’s Chance Level mechanic to increase the likelihood of activating the bonus feature. There are three settings available: 2x, 5x, and 10x, allowing you to adjust how frequently you want to pursue the Hold the Jackpot round.

This creates a more tailored experience when you play, which is a nice inclusion. It adds a bit of variety, too. You might want to go down the 2x route one time, then the 10x route the other.
