If you’re unsure which Pragmata edition to pick up, here’s what comes in each
In the lead-up to Pragmata, some were on the fence as to whether the combat mechanics would actually work. But, just 48 hours after launch, it has sold a whopping 1 million copies, making it yet another Capcom success story.
With the game’s release date passed, if you still want to get in on the action, knowing which edition will be right for you is a necessity.
We’ve got the full lowdown on what comes in each one, allowing you to see if it’s worth dropping extra cash on any more expensive versions.
What’s inside each of the Pragmata editions?
Contrary to that of other games of today, Pragmata only has two different editions: Standard and Deluxe.
Usually, you get these, plus other variations like Premium, Collector’s, Day One, and Super Duper All In One, making things pretty confusing. So, because of this, it should make your decision a simple one of whether you want a few extra goodies or simply just the game.
To make it absolutely crystal clear, here are all the contents of each Pragmata edition:
Pragmata Standard Edition contents
- Main Game
Pragmata Deluxe Edition contents
- Main Game
- Fluffy Diana Outfit
- Lunar Cat Hugh Outfit
- Mecha Builder Diana Outfit
- Heavy Lifter Hugh Outfit
- Shelter BGM – Memories Are You (Lo-fi Ver.)
- Shelter BGM – Dawn (EDM Ver.)
- Shelter BGM – Shelter (Jazz Ver.)
- Pumped Up Diana Gesture
- Drowsy Diana Gesture
- Stepping Diana Gesture
- Grip Gun DS Weapon Skin
- Data Library – Artwork
As you can see, the Pragmata Deluxe Edition does come with a bunch of extra stuff, so if you’re into cosmetics or emotes, it might be right up your alley. It obviously does come at an extra cost, but it is only a $10 difference at retail price, so not exactly bank-breaking.
One additional thing to note is that there is a pre-order bonus for Pragmata containing another Hugh and Diana outfit. We’re past launch now, but if you purchase digitally, you’ll actually have until April 23 in order to secure that as well.
