Want the Golden Knight suit in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight? It won’t come cheap
Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has a whole lot more to it than just fighting Gotham’s criminals; there’s a bunch of exploration to do, along with a plethora of collectibles to uncover.
If you’re a fan of the Bat or just want to own everything there is in the game, we’re sure you’ll be securing various suits to switch through as you progress through the story.
The Golden Knight suit is the ‘pinnacle’ of outfits, and if you want to get your hands on it, prepare to spend big.
How to get the Golden Knight suit in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight
To unlock the Golden Knight suit in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, you’ll need to purchase the Lego DC Batman: Batman Logo set, which is set number 76330.
The set itself is a 678-piece Batman display model, complete with two minifigures, including a commemorative golden Batman minifigure and golden anniversary coin.
As for the damage to your wallet, the Batman Logo set costs $79.99 in the US and £69.99 in the UK via the official Lego store.
Once you’ve got the set, the actual redemption process requires you to scan the QR code found on the front page of the building instructions, follow the steps, and then claim the code through your My Lego sets page. In Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight itself, you then select Redeem Code from the main menu to unlock the bonus content.
Because this suit is tied to a separate physical Lego purchase rather than normal story progression, in-game challenges, or a Deluxe Edition bonus, it instantly becomes one of the rarest outfits you’ll be able to get.
Sure, plenty of people will unlock suits or other character cosmetics through regular gameplay, but far fewer will be willing to drop the price of a full game again just to add a shinier Batman to the wardrobe.
For completionists, though, this is a tempting collectible that might be worth dropping the cash on, not to mention you’ll get to build a new set in the process.
