Cryo Interactive to be sold?

The English trade magazine MCV has confirmed suspicions that have been abound for some time now. Simply put, Cryo Interactive has no money left and may sell the company. It is unknown what led to Cryo’s financial problems.
Cryo was founded in 1992 by Jean Martial LeFranc and Remi Hurbelot. In early 2000 they expanded into Belgium and Holland by acquiring Homesoft. This was soon followed by their new partnership with the Canadian company DreamCatcher Interactive, in which Cryo became the new majority shareholder.
