The Arc Raiders Kinetic Converter is a must have but where can you find it?
There are a bunch of guns in Arc Raiders that can get the job done on your topside adventures but to ensure you dispatch powerful Arc or come out on top in PvP, attachments are key.
The Kinetic Converter is top tier when it comes to weapon mods since it not only helps with recoil but also increases fire rate, meaning your enemies are getting sprayed with more bullets.
But how do you get your hands on one? Let’s break down your options.
How to get Kinetic Converter in Arc Raiders
The Kinetic Converter is a Legendary Modification that you’ll have to do some serious looting to get.
There is no fixed spawn for it, so you’ll need to find some solid spots to rummage in and hope you hear that glorious noise when a Legendary pops up.
In our experience, the best chance you have at finding a Kinetic Converter is heading to the Buried City map during the Night Raid Map Condition. This naturally enhances the percentage of rarer drops, so you’re at an advantage right out of the gate.
Now, for where to go in Buried City, we’d suggest heading to either a building off the highway that we mentioned in our article on Humidifiers, or to a hard-to-reach room slightly northeast of Grandioso Apartments.
Here are those two locations on the map so you know exactly where to go:
The latter location does require you to either enter via a zipline or down a ladder from the roof of the building, so keep that in mind before roaming around aimlessly looking for a door to open.
You could also load into Dam Battlegrounds on either a Night Raid or Electromagnetic Storm and rush to Research & Administration, but this is usually pretty hotly contested, so keep your wits about you.
The sad part about the Kinetic Converter is that you cannot craft it using a Blueprint because, well, it doesn’t have one in the game.
There’s no saying the Kinetic Converter Blueprint could be added later down the line, but due to its extremely powerful nature when attached to the likes of the Stitcher or Bobcat, Embark may just keep this one on the rarer side to obtain.
