The first Expedition in Arc Raiders definitely spawned some questions around whether it was worth the grind, but a second version of the Project has opened up right after, allowing you to pump in yet more materials.

While there are some similarities for what you’ll need to find on your Topside raids, Embark Studios has opted to tweak a few of the requirements, potentially making it a little easier (or harder) depending on whether you know where they’re located.

Let’s get into the materials you need to focus on for the Arc Raiders Expedition 2 so you can judge whether it’s worth your time or not.

As previously mentioned, while a lot of the same materials are required for the Arc Raiders Expedition Project 2, there are some different inclusions to keep you on your toes.

These mainly relate to the introduction of Stella Montis, which was only introduced after the game’s launch, and had never seen before items in the map.

Here are all of the Arc Raiders Expedition 2 material requirements broken down into each part:

Part 1 – Foundation

  • 150x Metal Parts
  • 200x Plastic Parts
  • 80x ARC Alloy
  • 15x Steel Spring

Part 2 – Core Systems

  • 35x Durable Cloth
  • 25x Wires
  • 20x Electrical Components
  • 4x Cooling Coil

Part 3 – Framework

  • 4x Light Bulb
  • 30x Battery
  • 10x Shredder Gyro
  • 1x Exodus Modules

Part 4 – Outfitting

  • 5x Frequency Modulation Box
  • 5x Advanced Electrical Component
  • 3x Ion Sputter
  • 3x Leaper Pulse Unit

Part 5 – Loading

  • 200,000 Coins worth of Combat Items
  • 100,000 Coins worth of Survival Items
  • 150,000 Coins worth of Provisions
  • 300,000 Coins worth of Materials

What will you be doing this time around? Are you going to build the Caravan once more to secure the ‘exclusive’ rewards and Skill Points for your Raider? Or are you going to stockpile what you have and keep those elusive learned Blueprints?
