Indie game developer and publisher fkn electric studio is excited to announce the release of their latest title, Hook&Loop. The 3D platform-adventure is now available on Steam, featuring 70s inspired characters and music, and a different type of environment where everything sticks to your hero.

The game invites players of all ages and experience levels to get their grove on and try out the fluffiest game on Steam. Players take on the role of HookGUY in a fun adventure where the task is to rescue the love of your life, LoopGIRL, from the evil clutches of COTTO, a big, bad, and jealous piece of cotton. COTTO kidnapped her from the street on a bright sunny day when HookGUY was on his way to work in the local record store, and she was casually tagging along. To reunite the two lovebirds, players must make their way through CottonLAND, dodging and avoiding all the FluffyPEOPLE trying to slow them down.

Hook&Loop is a 70s-inspired platform-adventure game that challenges players with unique mechanics. The protagonist is a piece of cloth, a kind of Velcro, made up of little hooks that stick everywhere and to everyone, he comes across. Players must dodge the citizens of CottonLAND and avoid getting stuck. When they bump into a character, they will slow down, and when enough characters are stuck to the hero simultaneously, it's game over, and players need to restart from the last checkpoint. The levels become increasingly harder as players progress, with more obstacles, characters, and elements to dodge and avoid. The game features a unique 70s vibe, and look-and-feel and offers a fun and special gameplay experience like no other.
