A new Dragon Detective adventure releases on Steam and Nintendo Switch
Solo indie developer Sungazer Software has released its newest point-and-click adventure game: Dragon Detective: A Friend from the Shadows. If you are a fan of games like Ace Attorney from Capcom, this looks like it will be right up your alley. There is even a demo on Steam so you can check it out, although there is also a Nintendo Switch version lurking out there in the eShop.
Priced at a tasty $9.99, Dragon Detective puts you in the shoes of Sevyn Noxley, a private investigator living in a Victorian-flavored fantasy world of anthropomorphic animals. You’ll help the citizens of the tiny nation of Rivulette in four twisting, turning cases of murder and intrigue. Noxley investigates scenes with his six heightened senses, including a magical affinity to death itself, allowing him to discover and relive the moment of death to gather further clues and save the day.
The aforementioned demo that is available allows you to play most of the game’s first case, and you can choose your difficulty level between Casual and Detective modes. There is also 15% off the price at the moment as a launch discount if you are quick.
