- Music is excellent
- Suda51’s unique style is present and may appeal to devoted fans.
The Bad
- Confusing, tedious, weird (but not in a good way)
- cumbersome interface
- far too much repetitive and irrelevant text
- very little gameplay substance to balance all the excess reading and its aggravating sound effect.
Our Verdict
Poor
Shows just enough promise to hold your attention, but is buried under too many problems to be enjoyable.
Perhaps best left locked in the past, The Silver Case is not worth looking into unless you REALLY like visual novels and Suda51 and have a lot of patience.
