The Good
- Blindness an ambitious premise to for a side-scrolling puzzle-platformer
- sounds great and looks even better (what you can see of it)
- some clever dual-character puzzles to solve.
The Bad
- Story is far too abstract for its own good
- more than half the time spent in the stifling dark
- cat controls are wonky
- not a lot of puzzle variety after a while
- absolutely atrocious stealth levels that go on forever.
Our Verdict
Uneven
A near-equal balance of good and bad that can make a game either fall disappointingly short of its evident potential or be mildly entertaining despite its many failings.
This unique blindness-themed side-scroller may be worth a look for fans of puzzle-platformers, but Another Sight ultimately just can’t stick the landing.
